Truro Golf Club is a challenging and beautiful parkland par 66 course, covering 5306 yards and is ideal for golfers of all standards and ages.

Set amongst exquisite countryside we have breathtaking views over the City and the distant White Clay Mountains near St Austell.

The course was first proposed by the Chamber of Commerce to the Mayor in 1934, after deciding the City of Truro should have it's own Golf Course.

Three years later the Lord Mayor drove off the first tee in 1937 and the golf club has continued to flourish since then, now comprising of nearly 1000 members.

Truro Golf Club has an unusual history - during the second world war it was used for "regimental purposes" and also as an Italian Prisoner of War Camp!

Our location, about one mile from the City Centre deems us convenient for holiday makers, tourists and golfers from all over Cornwall.
