Below is a letter from a local customer following the installation of a new conservatory in September 2001.

Dear Sirs,

Following the completion of my new conservatory I felt compelled to write and express my gratitude and thanks.

I was recommended your company by a close friend who had also recently had a conservatory and windows installed by yourselves. We had both had several local companies visit us and can openly admit to feeling somewhat shocked by the tactics and spurious offers being made to us.

On contacting your company my initial enquiry was dealt with in an extremely efficient and professional manner, and this was sustained throught my dealings with you.

At this point I would also like to give credit to Mark Gray who, unlike the other companies' representatives, made me feel under no obligation whatsoever and whose knowledge and professionalism shone through. More importantly he was not still sitting in my house three hours after arriving.

On agreeing a very competitve price and design your surveyor organised a swift installation which was also carried out with the greatest of care.

Finally, my husband and I would like to thank you and your staff - we would have no hesitation in recommending the services of your company to our freinds and family.
