THE GUARANTEE

Our 10 year service contract covers you for a full 10 years and is fully insured and embraced by the Policyholders Protection Act. the scheme is insured with the National Insurance & Guarantee Corporation plc and managed by our Lloyd's Brokers, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc.

The guarantee covers uPVC, Aluminium, Hardwood, Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Soffits, Fascias and Cladding.

The guarantee is signed off by you only once you are completely satisfied with the installation.

TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE

Should any fault appear on our products within ten years from the date of installation, due to defective materials or workmanship (which Four Seasons warrants shall be carried out with reasonable skill and care), Four Seasons will replace the faulty material (of the part in question) free of charge or, at Four Season's sole discretion, refund you the price of the product (or a proportionate part thereof) but Four Seasons shall have no further liability to you.

Our warranty is subject to our Terms and Conditions - these details are available to you upon request.

In the event of the disposal of the property covered by this warranty, Four Seasons will permit the benefit of the remaining period of this warranty to be assigned to new owner of the property, and will recognise such a new owner as the person entitled to the remainder of this warranty.

Four Seasons must be advised of change of ownership within one month of the change in order for the assignment to be effective.

MAINTENANCE

• To keep windows/doors looking like new, wash the frames occasionally with warm soapy water using washing up liquid
• Never use a harsh abrasive cleaner as it could damage the surface of the uPVC
• Once or twice a year, lightly oil the the moving parts of the hinge mechanism and also the handles
• If you have 'gold finish' handles fitted do not use Brasso or similar cleaners on them. All handles only require an occasional wipe with a damp cloth
