TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. As most of our stock are one-offs (ie. we usually stock only one example of a particular item) we do not use online purchasing. Therefore, to be fair to our clients, the first acceptable offer received (all dates/times will be converted to GMT for fairness) will be deemed to be the successful purchaser. The item concerned will then be either marked 'SOLD' or removed from the listing.
2. All purchases must be paid in full, inclusive of shipping costs, before despatch.
3. Payment can be accepted:
   1. in UK Pounds Sterling (£), by any means including cash, cheques, UK Postal Order, bank draft drawn on UK bank, or
   2. in US Dollars ($) by cash, personal cheque, bank draft, or bank Money Order.Please note: we regret we CANNOT accept US Postal Money Orders.
4. Cheques, MO's or drafts should be made payable to: PJCollectiques
5. Prices:
   1. All prices are shown in £ (Pounds Sterling) followed by an approximate conversion to $ (US Dollars), eg £10.00/$16.20. The actual cost in $US will be at the current exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase.
   2. We are willing to negotiate on price (haggling is part of the fun!), especially on multiple purchases.
6. Shipping charges (regretfully non-negotiable, sorry!):
   1. as with Prices (see 5a, above), shipping charges will be shown in £ (Pounds Sterling) for shipping WITHIN the UK, followed by the cost of shipping Surface Mail anywhere else in the world in both Pounds Sterling and US Dollars: eg. Shipping - UK: £2.50/Worldwide: £5.00/$8.10
   2. where shown, apply to individual items. A combined shipping charge will apply to multiple purchases which will usually be less than the sum of the individual charges - we will notify you of the actual costs before completing the transaction.
   3. where appropriate (eg. for purchases shipped outside the UK), an airmail option is available - we will notify you of the cost before completing the transaction. You then have the choice of shipping method.
7. Refunds
   1. Items damaged in transit will be refunded in full following a successful claim from the carrier. Please inform us immediately, and retain damaged item/packaging as proof pending such a claim.
   2. We strive to be as accurate and honest as possible in our descriptions of items for sale, and all descriptions are given in good faith, but if an item from us differs substantially from its description at the time of purchase, we will refund the price and carriage fees on return of the item in the same condition as at time of purchase.
