HIRE OF THE HALL:

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. All users of the hall are reminded that it is a condition of hire that they sweep the main body of the hall at the end of their hire period. This will ensure that whoever uses the hall next will find it in an acceptable condition.

Should additional mess be made, for example excessive trampling of muddy footprints across the lobby/toilets floor, you are asked to give the floor a quick mop over. Whilst the cleaner is responsible for an in-depth clean, she is not able to check the hall after every period of hire, there are more than one hirers on most days of the week.

Brooms and mops can be found in the left hand shed, the key is kept in the kitchen drawer.

2. The kitchen is regularly used as a food preparation area. You are asked to ensure that the external kitchen door is not used as an entrance. All users of the hall should enter and leave by the back door or the main doors at the front.
