TIPS ON DIETING
1. WEIGH YOURSELF. Do it first thing on the day that you start your diet, weigh yourself again ONE WEEK later wearing the SAME clothes and using the SAME scales.
2. MEASURE ALL YOUR BITS. Your thighs, waist, hips and bust. WRITE IT ALL DOWN.
3. BE AMBITIOUS. Don’t put yourself down think positive and stick to it.
4. DO IT RIGHT. Don’t go on fad diets, these can do you more harm than good, you might lose weight but you will pile the weight back on afterwards.
5. AIM. Aim for a reachable goal. If you are big boned (large framed) don’t expect to look like Kate Moss. Just accept that you are large, Large does not have to mean fat or over weight.
6. ENJOY. Find a diet that fits around your lifestyle, one that you will be happy with. A lot of dieters fail because of the type of diet they are on, if you are not happy the chances are that you will fail.
