RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY. When you receive your order please check that the style, colour and size are as ordered. All goods are thoroughly inspected before being despatched and we will only refund money on goods that are found to be faulty in manufacture. Any good returned for exchange or credit will only be accepted if they are carefully repackaged before being returned and are still in as new condition, not creased or worn. All returned goods must be received within 14 days of despatch. All returned goods are sent at customer's risk and we recommend using insured delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in transit.
