At Castle Windows and Conservatories, we pride ourselves on our service, which means that right from the start, you, the customer, get a professional approach and good value for money. Both Ian and Simon have been in the industry for many years, prior to starting the business, and so have plenty of experience in dealing with all kinds of work, primarily for private clients.

One of the family will call to give you a price on the work you want done – be it a replacement window or a conservatory-style extension – and this is a no-haggle price, the best price we can do the job for.

We can help you choose a design, or work out something specific based on your ideas, incorporating features such as stained glass for example, and after producing our quotation we will leave you to make your own decision, in your own time, without any pressure.

A member of the family will be on hand throughout the installation if you have any queries, and we also provide excellent after-sales service, with advice available any time after the project is completed.

Our membership of the Plastic Windows Federation means that you get a ten year guarantee, and through a Pinnacle Insurance Company policy to cover the unlikely event of anything happening to Castle Windows, the guarantee would be honoured by the Federation.

Our sealed units and conservatory roof systems are manufactured in Norwich, which means that items can be sourced quickly if required. Our conservatories use the Ultraframe roof system which has a life expectancy of 25 years, and has now been used in a quarter of a million homes throughout the UK.

Because we employ our own builder, we can complete the whole job ‘in house’ from the quotation through to construction and fitting, and you don’t have to pay a penny until the work is completed!
