Jason Wilde - Managing Director

After leaving school in 1980, Jason embarked on his motor trade career at the original C and S Bodycare, which was then situated on Harvey Lane in Norwich. The company was then owned by Sandra Clarke who was originally trained by the Royal Air Force as a paint sprayer. Sandra successfully ran the business for 17 years.

1984 saw Jason finish his apprenticeship with Sandra. Norwich Coachworks, situated on Burton Road in Norwich was Jason's first professional appointment. His experience gained from producing high quality workmanship with Sandra enabled him to soon gain recognition within Norwich Coachworks, where commercial vehicles and lorries were repaired and repainted.

1987 - By now the original C and S Bodycare had relocated to Metcalf Close on the Sweet Briar Industrial Estate in Norwich, and Jason was invited to join the team once again.

1996 was the real turning point in Jason's career. Following his return to C and S, Jason felt that the experience he had gained both in quality workmanship and customer service would allow him to take the business over after one year.

1998 saw the planned expansion of the company take place. With a larger unit being acquired in Telford close on the Sweet Briar estate.

2002. In October of this year with the work load increasing so much,Jason decided it was time to move yet again into bigger premises,hence the new unit at number 18 page rd.

Stefan Smith – Bodyshop Manager

Stefan ex-member of 54(f) squadron Jaguars joined the company in June 1993, and is trained to City and Guilds standard. With over 12 years panel beating experience Stefan is regarded as Jason's right hand man and like all of the team at C and S he understands Jason's philosophy of doing the job well, getting it right first time and giving a level of customer service that is second to none.

Carl Lofthouse – paint sprayer

Carl joined the company during 1999 and has already shown to be a valuable asset and is
trained to NVQ level 3.

Neil Cletheroe – panel beater

Neil joined the company in the later part of 2002, and is our newest member with nearly 20 years of panelbeating service. Neil served his apprenticeship at Roys motor company,before moving on to Robinsons,Holderns and finally ending up at C and S Bodycare.
